Ciaran McCullough is a seasoned parliamentary researcher with extensive experience covering the mechanics of government at the federal level.

Before joining Compass Rose as a Public Affairs Counsellor, Ciaran spent three years as executive editor of iPoliticsINTEL, the parliamentary monitoring division of the iPolitics digital news outlet. He has developed a deep understanding of the federal legislative process, regulatory structures, and key issues across a wide variety of industries and departments.

Ciaran is experienced in writing in-depth legislative and regulatory activity reports for clients across the business, government and regulatory spheres to ensure they are always aware of critical developments on Parliament Hill and beyond. Focused on accuracy and quality, he is committed to providing clients with the critical information they need to make informed decisions and find the common good.

Ciaran holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of Manchester (UK) and a master of arts degree in linguistics from Carleton University. In his free time, he enjoys cinema, painting, taking long walks with his wife and dog, and catching up with family in Ireland and England.
