Heather Williams is a seasoned and natural leader with deep organization and operational skills that help clients find the common good.
With almost a decade of experience in the public affairs and client relations sector, Heather brings solutions and creative ideas to ensure deliverables are executed in exactly the right way. Heather works with our senior management team on corporate and strategic initiatives, and plays a lead role in managing key external relationships.
Heather consistently fosters an environment that cultivates growth, efficiency, and unparalleled customer experiences.
After starting her career at Compass Rose, Heather joined the leadership team at Starbucks, where she managed 25 employees. She oversaw operational excellence, drove team performance and upheld the brand’s standards of quality and service. While there, she helped optimize processes to achieve sales targets while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and integrity.
Heather is a graduate of the business sales and marketing program from Loyalist College where she also earned a post-graduate diploma in public relations and event management.
In her spare time, you can find her playing soccer, hiking or taking in the sights of Canada’s natural landscapes.
