Kai Eckford-Vea is a Public Affairs Coordinator with in-depth experience in digital marketing. She has a passion for helping companies navigate complex public issues and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. With a background in marketing and communication, Kai excels at crafting compelling messages and campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.

Before joining the Compass Rose team, Kai worked as a strategy consultant and operations manager at a U.S.-based consulting firm that catered to small businesses and non-profit organizations. In that role, she leveraged her knowledge of digital networking tools and industry trends to drive meaningful change for her clients and their communities.

Kai holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University with a major in marketing and a concentration in business analytics. At McGill, Kai volunteered as a tutor and marketing strategist for a student-run non-profit group dedicated to advancing financial education among Canadian students.

In addition to her work as a consultant, Kai is an active member of her local community and is committed to using her skills and expertise to drive positive change. An art lover and self-proclaimed foodie, she enjoys cafe-hopping, trying new restaurants and visiting local galleries.
