Since joining us first as an Advisor and later serving as Chief Strategy Officer, Marci has been instrumental in shaping client strategies, driving business growth, and leading our brand evolution rooted in "the uncommon common good." Widely regarded as a thoughtful leader and expert advisor, Marci is a trusted voice on critical issues impacting business and spanning politics, governance, machinery of government, policy, and global affairs.

At a time of profound change, Marci’s unparalleled reach across all facets of government, industry, and beyond sets her apart. With a legal background and extensive experience at the highest levels of government, including as a senior advisor in the Prime Minister’s Office during a time of immense change, she brings a post-partisan perspective that resonates widely.
