1. Ticket purchases and refund policy

1.1 Refund eligibility: Attendees may request a full refund of their ticket purchase up to 30 days before the event. Refund requests must be submitted through Eventbrite during that window. Refunds will include the ticket price less the Eventbrite fees (which consists of the payment processing fee and the service fee combined), unless the event is cancelled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case the full ticket price and fees will be refunded to the purchaser.

1.2 No automatic refunds less than 30 days before the event: Refunds will not be issued automatically once there are less than 30 days remaining before the event, except in cases where the event is cancelled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances, as outlined below. Contact the organizer at workshop@compassrosegroup.org if you have questions about refunds outside the 30-day pre-event window.

1.3 Event cancellation: In the rare and unlikely event that the organizer cancels the event due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of the ticket price will be provided to all attendees. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment via Eventbrite.
