What we look for in our team members:

A problem solver: You can think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions.

A curious mind: You’re passionate about the world around you and stay up-to-date on the Canadian political landscape, ready to share insights that help our clients succeed.

A team player: You’re eager to learn and work alongside us to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

A great storyteller: Whether you love or hate the Oxford comma, we value great storytelling and writing skills.

A keen eye for the small details: You are a detail-oriented superstar who can spot a typo in a sea of text while managing multiple projects and timelines to ensure everything is on track.

Relevant experience: Whether you have a diploma or degree in political science, public affairs, journalism, communications, or a related field, we’re looking for a variety of experiences and skill sets. Experience with legislators, regulatory agencies, political campaigns, working closely with a senior leadership team, or working in a newsroom is also a plus.

Tech-savvy: Familiarity with Google Workspace, project management tools, and time-tracking software is important.

Bonus points: If you’ve worked in an agency or have experience in event planning, that would be a great addition! Bilingualism in English and French is also a strong asset.
